B2EN and Matrix Labs Sign MOU to Expand Web3 AI Integrated Solution Services Powered by WORLD3

B2EN, an AI and big data solutions company, announced that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Matrix Labs, an AI agent and Web3 infrastructure company headquartered in Vancouver, Canada, to explore the application of next-generation blockchain AI technologies in the Korean market.

According to B2EN (CEO Jeong Hun Lee), the agreement with Matrix Labs (CEO Ling Wu, platform name “WORLD3”) aims to examine the feasibility of introducing Web3-based AI agent technologies in Korea and to identify potential areas for joint business collaboration related to blockchain AI integrated solutions.

Under the MOU, the two companies will engage in discussions across several areas, including: reviewing support measures for the establishment and operation of WORLD3’s Korea office; jointly planning AI agent services for major Web2 and Web3 platforms in Korea; technical collaboration on blockchain AI integrated solutions such as RouterLink; co-developing new business ideas; and exploring cooperation in promotion, marketing, and engagement with industry stakeholders.

 

WORLD3, operated by Matrix Labs, is designed to build an AI agent ecosystem spanning both Web2 and Web3 environments, based on decentralized systems and Web3 infrastructure technologies. Its no-code blockchain AI agent platform allows users to create and manage AI agents equipped with long-term memory, planning functions, and autonomous execution capabilities without requiring advanced development expertise.

According to the company, WORLD3 currently supports a global user base and a large number of AI agents operating on the platform, contributing to the gradual expansion of on-chain AI utilization cases. The platform has also established a tokenomics framework centered on its native token, WAI, and conducted a Token Generation Event (TGE) in August 2025. Since then, WAI has expanded its global accessibility through several digital asset platforms, including Binance Alpha, Bitget, Gate, and KuCoin.

Founded in 2004, B2EN has carried out AI- and big data-driven projects across industries such as finance, telecommunications, manufacturing, and the public sector, and was listed on the KOSDAQ in November 2021. More recently, its proprietary RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)-based AI work support platform, HYPERGLORY, received both KTR AI Certification and GS Certification Level 1, further strengthening the company’s technical credentials.

As part of the MOU, the two companies plan to define AI agent and integrated platform application scenarios tailored to the Korean market and to review the launch of service design and proof-of-concept (PoC) projects, with an initial focus on the first half of 2026. They also intend to assess commercialization opportunities by collaborating with domestic industry and platform partners.

In addition, B2EN and Matrix Labs are discussing potential cooperation models related to the recently introduced WORLD3 RouterLink Network in Korea. RouterLink Network is an open AI routing layer designed to connect various Web3 AI models and services through a unified gateway, with the aim of improving accessibility for developers and users.
